Kimberly Bowron
Kimberly Bowron has been serving as Gevo's Chief of Staff since January 2026, has served as Chief People Officer since June 2021 and President of Verity since February 2025. In 2025 and in 2023, her role expanded to include oversight of Verity and of Information Technology, respectively, reflecting her extensive experience in executive leadership, managing IT and functions alongside human resources. Prior to joining Gevo, from 2018 to 2021, she was the Director of Human Resources at TPC Group, a private equity-owned chemicals company, where she managed HR and training for all non-corporate employees. Over her 20-year career, Kimberly has held senior positions such as Vice President of Human Resources, Senior Vice President of Human Relations, and Chief Administrative Officer across various industries and company stages, including startups, turnarounds, divestitures, spin-offs, and high-growth environments. Her responsibilities have spanned multiple functions, including IT, Legal, Facilities, Risk, Sales, and Safety, in both private equity-funded and public companies. Demonstrating her commitment to cybersecurity, Kimberly has earned a CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight.
